Shopping Basics

All our wallpaper is imported with an average lead time of 7-10 working days from payment.

Please note, it does not include the additional lead time for delivery from our offices to your location.

But don’t worry, that’s quick with our door-to-door courier service shipping to all regions in South Africa within 3-4 working days.

Once the wallpaper is received at our warehouse, it is dispatched within 2 working days. An estimated time of delivery will be provided as soon as the courier service has collected and a waybill is made available. You can contact us at any time to get an update for delivery.

Due to the fact the wallpaper is imported, we do not accept any refunds or returns on special order items like wallpaper.

if the wallpaper is damaged or defective, customers must contact us immediately and we will arrange collection of the damaged wallpaper where we will assess and revert within 2-3 working days.

Yes we most certainly do! In fact with our door-to-door courier service we can deliver to all regions within South Africa.

Sometimes this can happen on the rare occasion. Suppliers may be out of stock at the time of ordering and may only be manufacturing at a later stage.

However if this does happen, we will find and offer a suitable alternative the wallpaper and if you do not wish to wait or take the alternative wallpaper, we will process a refund.

Refunds for this instance can take up to 7 working days to process.

Payments

Customers can pay via:

– EFT (banking details are available on the invoice)

– Credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard payments via our Payfast Portal)

– Payfast (Customers can pay via EFT or Credit Card on the Portal)

We require full payment of the total value of the order/ invoice (including VAT) before we can process your order.

Customers can send their proof of payments to info@wallpapersaonline.co.za. Please include your invoice/ order number as reference when paying via EFT.

Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately due to the fact the wallpaper is 100% imported, we do not accept any refunds.

Please make sure your choose your wallpaper very carefully.

We do our upmost to ensure that we provide an accurate representation of the colour however as all display mediums are different, we cannot guarantee the physical wallpaper colour will be the same as the online colour.

Unfortunately no returns/ refunds will be entertained for claims of misrepresentation of colour between the physical and online colours.

Any changes or cancellation of orders needs to be done within 24 hours of payment.

Please note while we offer the option to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours from payment, if your order has already placed, we cannot cancel or change the order and your order will be binding.
